Downloading Dragon Ball Xenoverse to pc using microsoft windows

when I search the store I can only find the Xbox One version, there doesn't seem to be a PC version on the Microsoft Store.

Can you double check what version you purchased, you can do this via the My Library option in the Store app or via
http://account.microsoft.com at the purchases/transactions

If you did purchase the incorrect version then you may want to try the Refund option via:

If that link doesn't exist then the Refund form isn't available for your region (yet) and you will have to contact official Xbox Support, they are the only ones that can determine if a refund is possible or not. To contact Xbox Support use the Phone or Support

Based on the information I've gathered, it appears the game Dragonball Xenoverse 2 does not have an "Xbox Play Anywhere" feature which means you can only play this game on your respective platform. If you have purchased and played the game on Xbox, you can't transfer and play the game on different platforms such as Windows PC.

In order to play it on a Windows PC, you will need to purchase the Dragonball Xenoverse 2 PC version.

Jump Force (Standard, Ultimate and Deluxe Editions)

Thought you may be interested as there are HUGE savings on them. The only one not on sale is Kakarot which only just released.
