Downloading digital version on Xbox 360 now..can't find my free upgrade on XBOX ONE..??

What really blows me is that the 360 version came out on DAY ZERO, and was advertised as Day Zero, but is just the standard edition. If I'm able to buy the 360 version on Day zero then I should be able to just get the Xbox One Day Zero edition. I don't even
get why that version is still on the marketplace since that period is over. >___>

I am having the same issue. This is unacceptable. This needs to be sorted soon or I am requesting a refund too.

It just got fixed!! I clicked on the day zero edition and it showed up as 0.00$ for me and is downloading now!!

ok so i went to the advanced warefare digital edition and it said unavailable and on the right where the bundles are i selected the launch edition and it came up as 59.99 then slashed out to 0.00 it made me confirm the purchase at 0.00 and its downloading

I can't find anywhere that it says that you get a free upgrade from the 360 version to the Xbox One version. If there is no offer saying you get a free upgrade, you will need to buy it again for next gen.

I should let you know that if you buy the digital download version of the game on the 360, you can get it on the Xbox One for free.

However, some publishers do offer upgrade deals for moving to the Xbox One version of their games. For instance, if you own Minecraft on Xbox 360 you can buy it for Xbox One at a discounted price.

Meanwhile, if you purchased Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare or Destiny digitally, the upgrade deal from Activision means that you can download the digital version of the same game on Xbox One for free. Also, your season pass upgrades to Xbox One too, so if
you bought that for either game on Xbox 360 you get it for free on Xbox One.

I don't see why the free upgrade can't go both ways? I have friends that don't have an Xbox one yet. I wish I could preorder Xbox one digital and get the 360 version when my friend picks up the game.
