Downloading digital version on Xbox 360 now..can't find my free upgrade on XBOX ONE..??

Was going to download this morning before I left. Figured it would be done before I returned. Try it on the One. My son liked it well enough on the 360 but had a lot of lag issues. Hoping those would not be as bad on the one. But I followed what it
said to do on the call of duty site on the One and it just will not let me download. Just have to try again this evening.

 

Same here... no where in the upgrade program did it say we have to wait a certain time. .. The game should be available for download on xb1 by now or they should offer us a refund.

 

This is absolutely unacceptable. also can't download the xbox one version of Call Of Duty. If anyone figures this out please post your solution because if we depend on MS it will never happen.

I have the exact same issue. It says unavailable from the Xbox One Store, and showing full price on xbox.com.

 

I read on another forum someone said ms support told them 5 more days for us to get digital upgrade.. I really hope that's not true I know ps3 people already have the ps4 upgrade so why are we getting juked??

Same here. I spent 5 hours on the phone and 2 hours on chat.

Mine is showing as "Unavailable" in the store and "Not Available" in the website.

 

I have the Atlas Editions for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. My season pass code from the 360 worked fine input into the store page, and was installed onto my Xbox 360. I then went onto the Xbox One and their store page, and it showed it as already being purchased
and was then installed onto my Xbox One.

Gave the extra code I had for the Xbox One Season pass to my mate in the UK, and all is well )

 

i dnt knw bout that issue but do u or any one u knw would transfer the game on 360 to me plz

 

As of right now, I'm still not able to get my free upgrade on Xbox One. It is still showing as "not Available".

 

Past noon and still haven't received my free upgrade. Knew I shouldn't have trusted this *** and just got the Xbox One version. Waste of money -.-

 

hello everyone Microsoft and Activision are aware of this problem and several others with the game and are currently working on fixing it

 

@Jacob You figure that out all on your own? We're all aware they're 'working on it' the problem is, this problem never should have existed in the first place. We all paid for the digital xbox 360 version to utilize the free upgrade which should have been
given to us the same day of purchase. Even after they said it would be available on the 4th I thought to myself ok it's just a day whatever. now it's half way through that said day with Activision and Microsoft both not replying to anyones real question, WHAT
TIME, NOT DAY, CAN WE UPGRADE? or WHO DO I CONTACT FOR A REFUND FOR THIS MISLEADING BS?

Better Business Bureau anyone? I'll be contacting them if this issue isn't resolved by the end of today.

 

this is completely unacceptable. you email me 2 weeks ago telling me if i buy any digital edition on the 360 i get the same version on the Xbox One. I think this was a great idea because a lot of my friends don't have the one yet. But the only way to get
the Xbox one version is to pay for it again. microsoft and Activision are aware of the problem and working on it!!!!!!!! I don"t a official post anywhere stating that. So the email i received 2 weeks ago should of read like this. "if you purchase the digital
version on the Xbox 360 you will get the same version free on the Xbox One by march 2015" or expect problems just like destiny.
