Downloading digital version on Xbox 360 now..can't find my free upgrade on XBOX ONE..??

This is getting ridiculous, i'm having the same issue as you fellas and I've yet to see any got *** answers

Xbox 360 and Xbox One transferability

If you buy the digital version on Xbox 360 there will be a free digital upgrade to the Xbox One

 

Destiny Digital Download for 360 and Free upgrade to Xbox One version.

I have read on bungie site that if you buy the Xbox 360 Digital Download version you get a free upgrade to the Xbox version. Is this right and can you buy the 360 version of Destiny on the xbox.com website and still get the free upgrade to xbox one destiny.

Same problem here still no digital freebies for the day zero edition and can't download for the xbox one either with free upgrade...

 

Having the same problem I haven't met one person yet who's gotten the free upgrade I hope this is taken care of soon I got both systems that's the only reason why I have bought it off the Xbox market instead of GameStop or Wal-Mart. FIX

I don't believe they warrant a please and thank you, I reckon it should be, GIVE US WHAT YOU ADVERTISED OR REFUND.

 

I bought the Xbox 360 version. It advertise day zero on the dashboard but when I buy the game it doesn't say day zero, that kinda gets me worried. Second I did not get any codes for the preorder bonus items. Third I can not upgrade for free to my Xbox one.
Wtf Microsoft!! Worst call of duty launch ever!!

the Day Zero DLC for the 360 will be available on the 17th... as for the free upgrade I'm still waiting on that... people are saying 3am EST so 20 minutes from this post time stamp

Same issue on my end. I'm ticked off behind this. I was told it would be available at midnight Nov 4th since that is the actual release day. Again false info from Microsoft. I've been on the phone with them over a total of 4 hours and it's been a waste
of time as they are clueless.

Maybe when the Marketplace updates around 5am est??

 

I also bought the 360 digital version of COD:AW yesterday, and I fully expected that the free upgrade on XB1 would be available by 12:00am PST. It's still not up yet, and it's rather infuriating.

When I click on COD:AW in the XBOX store on XB1, it says that the game is "Unavailable". When I check the Day Zero Edition, it's priced at $59.99.

I hope it's up soon or else I'm gonna demand a refund.

 

The same thing is happening to me. I hope they get this all sorted out.

 

Maybe we can't download the Xbox One version until the day zero stuff is over?
