    Downloading Deals with Gold games not working


    When trying to download Max: The Curse of Brotherhood and Halo: Spartan **** it doesn't work. I click the Get it FREE button and it goes to the confirm screen and when I click Confirm it shows a black screen with a loading symbol then brings me right back
    to the main game screen. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

    I have 50.53 dollars in my Microsoft account on my Xbox one and i decided to buy destiny the collection which is on sale for 49.79 I attempt to purchase it bbutit keeps asking how I want to pay the rest. am I missing something or is it messing up?

    Hey Shiro,

    How much extra is it prompting you to pay? Keep in mind that local taxes are added to the final price once you begin the check out process, and the retail price you see within the Deals with Gold page does not include your local tax.     That's actually what happens when you install from the store, if you go to "My Games and Apps" are they listed there?

    There's a number of other people having issues with Xbox One Games with Gold right now, here's one example thread:

    I feel a little silly now! It is currently downloading. As a side not though they may want to change it so that when purchased it says so or currently downloading lol.

    You have to have a gold membership to download free games and qualify for the deals of the week for gold. Trials will not allow you access to these deals. If you have gold, try purchasing it off the xbox.com. It is showing free for gold members.

    The only ways to get the benefits with Gold such as "Games With Gold" and "Deals With Gold" is through the console and the website.

    Unfortunately in the last few days several users have reported having problems, despite having the subscription active, the system does not allow them to get the "Games With Gold" games or take advantage of the offers.
