    I have attempted to download 3 different games repeatedly in the last 2 weeks. I checked the xbox.com support page and don't see any notifications of the XBL store being down so I don't know what is wrong. Are the games size too large or something?

    Sniper Elite V2

    Forza Horizon 2: Present Fast & Furious

    Gears of War Judgement

    I'm currently Gold status and would like a response if possible from Xbox support.

    When I get something off xbox.com and it is in my Active Download it says Assigned to other console how do i stop it from doing that and have it download strait to mine when i turn it on?

    I currently live in Germany and have a US account. What is the best option for getting the new map packs for Black OPS? Can I have them downloaded to a flash drive and then transfered to my XBOX or can I have them purchased while my account is logged in
    under a US ISP and then re-downloaded to my XBOX overseas?

    Hi there,

    what exactly happens when downloading the content?

    If they now say something like Can't download <game name> or the download stops be sure to check the Games storage section and remove any incomplete/corrupt files from that folder and try to download the games again.

    I'll try to download them again after clearing the cache. I still don''t understand as this never happened before on games I've downloaded. But this has only been happening on large games or addons more than 2GB's.

    What is your Account region and actual region?

    What is your speedtest.net result

    And what is your connection type

    Please note your account region and actual region has to match to download this content

    Us foreign bases use foreign isps therefore you need to match your host country as you have a different geoip

    Yes all those content is region locked

    For the best experience with xbox live your account region has to match your actual region

    My region information is correct. I cleared my cache and tried to download again, but now my download history doesn't register what I started to download. Very frustrating.

    If under 5mbs or a lte or satilite connection

    Lte is too slow for large downloads

    Salitilite neesa adjustments to thr router settings

    Only way to solve issues with lte connections use a broadband connection

    Lte is too slow and inconsistent

    It also depends on the number of people/devices using your internet. If a lot of devices are connected to your internet, your bandwidth may be full.

    Try disconnecting some of the devices on your router, then attempt to redownload what ever it is that you are trying to download.

    You cannot play multiplayer while downloading, but most single player games will allow it. It is really up to the developer though and will vary from game to game.

    If you bought the pack from the same gamertag that you are posting from, just go to your download history and redownload it from there.

    If it was downloaded from another gamertag then it will need to be redownloaded from that tag.

    Yes you still have access to your DLC. What you will need to do is just go into your download history and re-download any content you want to use then be signed into XBL to use it. Just be sure you do not leave your account on
    your friends console when you are not there, you can leave the DLC. Anything that is done on your account, wether you did it or your friend, is your responsibility and
    you would be the one held accountable for it.

    If you have a USB Flash Drive you can store your account on that for easy access until you get another console.
