Downloading "Child of Eden" failed but download code isn't valid any more

Hello,

contained in my Kinect bundle I got a download code for a full version of the game "Child of Eden". On Wednesday evening I entered the code but the download did not start and switched immediately back to the menu. Any further attempts to enter the code and
start the download failed saying that this code was already used and I should try an other one.

How can I download this game now?

An other download of "Tomb Raider" did not have any problems and completed successfully.

Any suggestions what I can do?

Deleting my Xbox profile, downloading it again and clearing the system cache did not help.

[/quote]Child of Eden is a great game, but the changes to the octolock system make it harder for a consistantly high score unless you have very expensive headphone/sound system. And the music in Child of Eden was particularly bad when compared to ReZ HD, the
creator of the game basically pushed his band for the soundtrack of the game rather than bands with music that actually suited the game, and as great as the visuals were on Child of Eden they were too cluttered in some sections making it hard to spot enemies.

I can't think of a single fault with ReZ HD, other than the fact it ended...

 

Hi Wim,

Can you go to your hard drive (System>Settings>System Settings>Storage) and look for Child of Eden. If it's there, delete the partial file. Also look for it under "Unknown Title" (or any other listing that has a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark instead
of a game logo).

Now go to System>Account>Download History and look for Child of Eden. It should be high up the list. Press A on it and confirm to begin redownloading.

That was it. I didn't find anything suspicious in the storage settings but restarting the download from within the history finally made it!
