Downloading Black ops 1

I am trying to download black ops 1 on my xbox one digital but im having trouble trying to purchase it. When i click see price and click continue it says i have no valid payment option on file. Which i know is not true because i know its set up to my card
and ive used it before. Please help

When i try to download black ops 1 or black ops 2 it give me that error code everything else works fine i downloaded a few games the same day and it worked but just black ops don't work

When I'm having issues with the store on console, I bypass it using the browser on my phone. May help as a workaround

Ight so i tried downloading 2 Black Ops 1 DLC after many failed attempts. It actually successfully downloaded. Maybe Microsoft fixed the issue? I suggest trying to download whatever you're having trouble again. Maybe it'll work this time?

Me too, i tried downloading the second DLC from Black Ops 1 this week and i didnt get it but today it really worked, but now when i want to download the Black Ops 2 game it continues with the same issue, i only successfully downloaded all the DLC and additional
maps from the game.
