    Downloading apps and nothing happens


    Not the most tech saavy person here...My kids are at home playing on the Xbox 1, and downloaded the Lego Batman 3 Season Pass yesterday. I told them to wait 24 hours and they did. When they try to open it, nothing happens. The screen just stays on the
    loading page. None of the characters are in our collection yet. I am not sure what to have them do, I know nothing about the xbox or downloading apps and games! Please help!!!

    Can't download the game

    I Push to download but only says : Downloading ... but nothing happens .

    Also in my games and apps , doesn't appears the image of injustice , just appears that a game is downloading , i don't know what to do ??

    anyone can help me?

    Nothing will happen

    Hello, can someone please help me. When I turn my Xbox on it comes up with 'something went wrong' and an error code 0x87af000b I was wondering if there is anything i can do to stop this. I can't even get on the home page or anything. I've tried unplugging
    it and everything, nothing will work.

    No, it happens when I try to download anything from the Xbox app.

    If I try to download FH5 from the Microsoft Store nothing even happens, not even an error code, but I’m still able to download a everything else.

    Unable to sign in on XBOX App.

    Nope, still nothing.

    You know, I think I might know why this issue is happening, every time I try to download the Xbox App from the Microsoft Store, it gives me an error saying:

    Try again later
    Something happened on our end

    Then it continues downloading as if nothing happened.

    Maybe if I fix that issue, the Xbox App will start working again.

    Xbox and all Microsoft Windows 10 games have not worked since Feb.

    I tried to uninstall the xbox app and instead of xbox got "remove Store Apps _Win 32.exe" and a second box "Remove Store Apps x64.exe" nothing there to install.

    Tried options 1 for the other apps and it will not let me click on download. Shows a black screen with a white _ but nothing happens
