Downloading and launching digital games

hi everyone,

so I went to buy Dying Light the other day and was experiencing some VERY slow download speeds. I'm talking it took 30 minutes to get to 1%... the download speed would say 2 mbps one second, 500 ish kbps the next second, and then the next it just goes blank
and doesn't do anything. has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it? ive tried everything. I also couldn't launch the game after everything finally downloaded (enhanced edition with bonus packs) I had tried to start it once after it was way past the
"ready to start" point and it glitched back to home screen so I figured it just needed either all the packs to download or it to get further. longer story a lil shorter, its still glitching back to home screen immediately. quite annoyed. I tried hard restarts
I checked xbox service and I currently uninstalled everything (WOW) so maybe in a couple days whenever it get done downloading it will start. probably not. oh and btw my internet is good most of the time tests over 100mbps. I talked with support earlier and
they couldn't figure it out. every other game and app works fine my internet is fine with everything except downloading which I think in the end effected the functionality of Dying Light. please help... sorry for the essay I'm just super frustrated and don't
know where to go from here. thanks everyone!

Problem launching digital games

When I click on game some games despite when I played them last start up immediately. Others such as Horizon 2 and Madden I'll push to play and it'll take me to the store screen where I have the option to pin it to the home screen (it's already pinned) or
manage data. I then have to highlight the game again next to those to options, push A and then get taken to another screen where then it will have the option to click play to play. Now I tried to play Madden today and I couldn't get to the second screen. I
eventually had to use Kinect to get the game to play. Even hitting the menu button and selecting launch wouldn't do anything. If I didn't have Kinect (which seems to work only when it wants to) there's no way I could have played the game. Anyone know a fix
to this?

 

Digital games not loading

Upon trying to play any of my digital games, nothing is happening I've tried a soft reset, launching from the game hub, launching g from game, pins and from my games and apps but still no load or response from any title I've selected is there a fix for
this?
