    I purchased dead by daylight for a friend of mine as a gift for him. He was able to redeem the gift but he was not able to install it. It won't pop up in his library or queue. I would like to know if anyone can help with this issue?

    You need to be gold to get on Xbox Live to download the gifts. They are sweet gifts. Get a month subscription if you want the cars.

    What is the gift and what platform are you download it on?

    Also check your inbox because gifted credits might need to be downloaded.
