    Downloading a game for the first time. It only says 0%


    Hi. I'm using my Xbox for the first time. I tried to download a game but it says installing and 0%. What can I do?

    Got overwatch for 8 year old son. Got the disc game, downloaded, still can't 'PLAY'? Please help!

    Game downloaded (I think? took about 6 hours, last I saw it was at 76%, this morning it says it is done). But once I open the game it says 'downloading' and the progress says 0%? I can only play training mode- how do we actually PLAY this game?

    Xbox quest tracker is not accurate

    I completed all three xbox quests for the month of May but the quest tracker still says 0% for downloading games with gold, even though I downloaded all of them several times.

    The outer worlds for Gamepass PC wont download

    It will not start the download it just stays at 0% downloaded but in my notifications it says its finished downloading.

    Its the only game I have tried on game pass that will not download.

    I have no problem so far to download the games or the expansion pack. It's really the first time this has happened.

    The download wobbles 0% 1% 0% and finally I have this error message.
