    17 and can't download M rated games

    pretty sure you have to be 18 or over to download anything M rated if you are over 18 you have to promote the account to an adult one if you are under 18 it may be something in the parental settings that should allow you download that game but only full
    games you still need an adult account to download any M rated demos or videos.

    How to download M game?

    You must have an account of 18+ to download M (mature rated game). In the status which it is your account can't download M rated games.
