    Downloaded the trial of a game; now the store won't let me purchase the full game.


    I recently downloaded the Trial for "Enigmatis" for X1. I played through the trial and when the game asked me to purchase the full copy, I could not. The store displayed a message that I already own the full game. I never did purchase it, otherwise the game
    would let me further advance past the end of the trial.

    I deleted the game and and tried to purchase it with no luck. This is the only game that has given me a problem when trying to purchase it. I also did a hard restart of the console, including unplugging it completely, waiting about 5 minutes and plugging
    it back in.

    Error code: 80153410 can not download a XBLA game

    Same here, it let me download the trial but won't let me purchase full game on either Xbox or the website

    I need help.

    Yesterday, I downloaded the trial version of the game Real Steel. Today, I decided to purchase the full game. But, it wasn't on the xbox store. Was it deleted? Please help.

    Are you a preview member by any chance? I am and im having that exact issue with ARK: Survival Evolved. Its seems that the latest preview model breaks something which causes an error for EA access games, Game preview gamed and any with a trial.

    Yes, I am. I had assumed the latest preview update may have been responsible, but I wasn't getting any answers on those forums.

    No problem. I've tried multiple 'fixes' and none have worked. I'm goin to call Microsoft when their lines open, if I get any useful info ill let you know

    Worms on 512MB memory card

    It's not in my download history. It came on the memory card I purchased and only let's me play with the memory card in my old Xbox. It is the full game and not the trial on the memory card.

    I've also tried the license transfer but it only let's me download the trial or purchase.
