Downloaded the Gears 5 with the Ultimate Pass. But appears as its still downloading.

I've already done it.

But i will do it again.

I believe you will have to uninstall and install again.

When i tried to enter the shop in the main menu, it says that i need to enter the xbox live to complete the installation.

But im already online.

If the download is ended and it's still not working, delete and start again...
