Downloaded Super Time Force but it gets stuck on the Start screen of the game

Had a quick look around and couldn't find another thread for this query, but if I have missed one just point me in the right direction, thanks.

I just downloaded the new title Super Time Force from the Xbox One Marketplace with no problems, but once I start up the game it stops after I'm asked to press the Menu button at the Title Screen of the game. It shows the Gamertag I'm using and a quicksave
icon appears in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. It doesn't freeze, the music and animations on screen continue, but it just sits there as if its trying to load the game but can't.

Could anyone give me some pointers on what to do? Or has anyone else got this problem? I've already uninstalled and re-installed the game but any other advice or guidance would be a great help.

A world of Keflings DLC

I can't get it to load. I've downloaded it a few times and it still doesn't work. I know to start a new game and choose the dlc, but then it just gets stuck on the loading screen. Any help woud be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 

Crackdown not working

ok I deleted and re-downloaded the game, but it will not start. Still stuck at the loading screen.

 

Could you try power cycling your console fully?

support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

If that does not work, try uninstalling and re-installing the game completely.

Yeah, for some instances the power cycle is a great first troubleshooting step. Especially for something like this, where the newly-downloaded game was not working quite right.
