    DOWNLOADED SEASON PASS - CANT FIND WHICH ACCOUNT IT HAS GONE TO


    My son downloaded the blackops season pass over the internet, however it has never appeared onto his account. When I have spoken to someone at microsoft support, they have told me that they cannot locate where the season pass has gone to, just that it hasnt
    gone onto my account (which I already know!!) They have said that perhaps there was a spelling error in the email address my son provided - but the number of possibilities for this is endless. Can anyone offer any advice?

    Advanced Warfare Multiplayer No games found after buying season pass

    Where have all the games gone?

    I just downloaded season pass and now I can't find a game in multiplayer....If I search every possible multiplayer game type, I might find one active game to join.

    This started happening immediately after I upgraded so season pass. Any connection???

    BlackOps II Season Pass Problem

    I purchased Call of Duty Black Ops II Season Pass for my son on 12/24. I came to find out I have two XBox accounts. One is a parental account, the other is the account my son uses to play XBox Live. Apparently, I purchased and downloaded the Season Pass
    under my parental account (which is not authorized for XBox Live). How do I remove the Season Pass from my account and reassign it to his XBox Live account?

    Have you made sure to sign in with the different accounts on your Xbox One over on
    commerce.microsoft.com to verify your purchases? That's going to be the best route of narrowing down which account the season pass was purchased on.

    No, any new accounts created on a console where someone has the season pass for BO2 will not have the season pass on those accounts, only the accounts that have purchased the season pass. However, if it is the same console where you originally downloaded
    the map packs and Nuketown Zombies, those accounts can play on those maps, but if for any reason you have to send to replace it, only the account that purchased the season pass will have access to it and it's content when signed in to Xbox Live unless you
    do a license transfer which can only be done every so often.

    Hi mate, once purchased the Season Pass will work on the account which purchased
    it. Moreover, on Xbox One, if that account has "Home console" enabled, all profiles on that console
    will be able to play the Season pass. But you can't use the same season pass on different consoles.
