    Downloaded paid for skins not working


    Hi Guy's

    I purchased 2 x lots of minecraft skins for my son on HIS account they downloaded fine BUT are still showing as locked when he goes to apply them!!!! Can anyone help please? I have 2 x other profiles on his account if that makes a difference.

    Minecraft skin pack

    I paid for and downloaded skin packs 3,4, and 5. They are still locked. Am I doing something wrong?

    My minecraft skins won’t transfer to the better together update

    I recently downloaded the better together update on the xbox one, and i have none of my old skins! The skins were bought on another account that I’m in a family with, and still even have them downloaded on the xbox one edition. He paid good money for us
    to have the skins, and it would be an outrage, if we can’t get them back. Right now, only he has access to the skins. Please help.

    Thank you for a quick reply but this is no longer accurate. Rocksteady games released a cheat code to allow the changing of skins before completing story mode.

    This cheat code definitely works and allows me to now use the free downloaded skin i found in the LIVE marketplace. But still the skin i paid for does not show up. Also the skins should show up outside of story mode before completion regardless of the cheat.

    paid the game, can't download

    I have the same problem. My Microsoft account purchase history doesn't show anything on it- yet I renewed X box Gold yesterday- (appears on my Paypal and I'm assuming that worked OK) and have just paid for a skin pack now. The skin pack was debited on paypal
    but would not download and some error screen saying a problem with the payment account. So it has gone out of my paypal account but not available to download. Have tried the support xbox link above and it just says website not available.

    The skin pack says it has been paid in the transactions section but not the membership. The skin pack is still locked though.
