Downloaded Mortal Kombat XL....missing characters???????

I downloaded Mortal Kombat XL and all the characters and skins. However, only 5 characters and a couple skins are playable, the other are grayed out. Any help would be appreciated!

If i have now Mortal Kombat X, i can buy this XL how addon, or i must buy full game Mortal Kombat XL?

In your Games and Apps, highlight the game and press the menu button on the controller. Then go to manage game. From there you'll want to check that all of the DLC is installed.

I followed your instructions, and everything is installed with nothing left that I've missed. When I go into the game, its still only showing six characters accessible and the others are still grayed out. Anything else I can try?

Hi there ZombieSlash, thanks for trying that. Let's have you try a full
power cycle of your Xbox One console and router/modem. Did that solve the issue?

Also, can you please let us know the specific characters you feel you are missing so we can take a closer look into this?
