Downloaded Minecraft Story Mode Episode 1 for free, when I try to play it, It asks if I own ...

Minecraft: Story Mode - Episode 1 was free in the store so I decided to get it, when it finished downloading I tried to play it but it wouldn't let me. Whenever I tried to play it the message below would show up, what do I do?

Minecarft Story payment episode 4

Microsoft charge 5.99 euros for episode 4 of minecraft story for xbox 360 although I own a season pass. My son downloaded the episode as he did for the other ones. It is impossible to contact microsoft xbox assistance to ask for a refund as they are never
available.

 

Have you tried playing the game in the account that downloaded the game?

 

I only have one account on my Xbox, I'm the only person who uses it.
