Downloaded Gears of War 3 does not work

Hello,

I purchase Gears of War 3 through the market place via download through XBOX 360. I cannot get it to run so I contacted Microsoft and they trouble shooted and determined that I contact EPIC GAMES by going tohttp://epicgames.com/community and
or call 1-919-854-0070. They also said to use the reference number they given me and that it was reported to EPIC so they will be up to date. This is the only place that I think that I can get help. If I choose support, it just takes me back to the XBOX live
where I received it in the first place. I would like to get the game running. I've had it for over a month and paid for it.

Gears of War Ultimate Edition no 360 game codes still in April 2016!

Comprei no lançamento o jogo Gears of War Ultimate Edition que dava direito a todos os jogos da série, baixei todos menos Gears of War 3 porque o código não funcionou, estou aguardando a meses um novo código para Gears of War 3 pq o que a microsoft me envio
e o código continua sem funcionar. isso tudo está registrado sobre o protocolo [Mod Removed]

Sorry to hear you have trouble playing a game. Do you have an issue with redeeming the code or launching the game?

Would you mind to provide us with the following information, so we can be as specific as psooible in providing you with a usefull answer:

• What error message turn up when trying to redeem the code or launching the game?
  
• Does Epic games provided you already with a answer?
• What steps have you and Microsoft Support have already been through?

and since you didn't answer the very important question

does your account region and actual region match?

did you purchase the game while in region then migrated to another region after a move?

if no to the first question that would be why

for gears of war it must match

if the second one is a yes

that would also be why

you can only download while in the original region
