Downloaded Games Wont play anymore

I have two games that when i click on to play tells me to insert disc ( They are digital downloads ) Dragonball Z and NBA 2K15 - when i click on them in the store it wants me to purchase them.. dont understand whats going on, my daughter bought these on
release day and has been playing them, she hasnt been on xbox for about a month and logged on to play last night and they came up with that msg.

Any ideas?

i downloaded goat simulator to my xbox 360 but when i load it up it says that disc cant be read and it isnt even a disc. I have no idea how to be able to play it. Someone plz help.

 

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that works for your daughter.

 

Thanks i tried that, also tried removing and resyncing the profile but still comes up saying do you own this game or app? I dont understand why they wont play anymore and when i go into store it says purchase game. They are installed on the harddrive and
have achievements for both games. Weird

 

Ok, you should try contacting phone support then as this does seem to be a billing issue. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269.

Have commerce.microsoft.com open for the purchasing account to prove the purchase to then.

 

Make sure the profile which purchased the game is logged in. I've had this issue from time to time. If the game was purchased on another account or if that account has it's home on another xbox, the purchasing user must be logged in at all times to play
that title.
