Downloaded games with gold not working even though I have Game Pass Ultimate

We are having the same problem but with Fortnite. It's saying we do not have Xbox live or the game pass and we do. My account has not changed. Nothing has changed. It's on you Xbox Microsofts end, and this needs to be fixed. We should not have to resubscribe
to this.

So this is all kinds of weird. All of my games that have been download through games with Gold or Game pass work, except for Call of Cthulhu, Celeste, Styx: Shards of Darkness, and The Witness. And I tried to uninstall them and re download them. And
now it won't let me install or play them unless I buy the game fully. What is hell is going on?

Oddly, Celeste isn't on my games for gold download list. but it's in my games and apps folder of my console. But It won't let me redownload it without paying full price. And going into the order history section, it says there hasn't been anything downloaded
even for the past 3 months, which isn't true because I downloaded Call of cthulhu. And if I used a code to get GPU, and I cancel the subscription, won't that go away and I"ll have to pay again to re subscribe to GPU?

Hello Xbox Ambassador here, can you check your purchase history to see if the charges are there. I tried that, and It still doesn't work. When I go to the games with gold tab tab, there is only like 24 games total that are available for me to download again. It's like those games don't exist and were never on gold anymore. Even games I'm 100% done
with, like We Were Here isn't on the list anymore for me to able to download. I can download this months games for gold. But not a specific set of other games that I did have on my games with gold list.
