    Anyone else getting this when launching a game through Xbox Game Pass? "Sign In or Renew The Subscription - Sign in with the profile used to buy this game or make sure that your XBox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or EA Access is up to date

    Hi,

    I can only assume it must be a glitch. I couldn't tell you what causes it. The Game Pass app is merely a portal and a quick launch for Game Pass titles, the downloads are actually completed via the Windows Store. You don't need the Xbox App running to launch
    your installed games either.

    As long as the games are appearing in Settings > Apps to allow you to uninstall when you finished I can't see any issues.

    I don't think you actually need the Xbox beta app to launch any game? The app is useful for checking the Xbox Game Pass for PC catalog, but you can also download any games via the Microsoft Store without the Xbox beta app. And the app doesn't need to run
