Downloaded Games Suddenly Disappearing

On my Xbox One, I had around 90 games in my ready to install. Early the same day, I was playing Overwatch and NBA 2k17. Then, just a few hours later, all the games suddenly gone it said I dont have the rights to the game I downloaded anymore. Please help.

Downloaded games completely disappearing?

yeah I had the game Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 purchased and downloaded, never deleted it and played it just a few weeks ago and i go to play it today and it's gone, i go to redownload it and it says to buy it for $59.99?????

i go to my download history and it's not there either, yet the mappack and dlc I bought are still there

I am 350,000% that I freaking paid for the game and had it downloaded

and I don't know what to do about this problem now, i've never had it happen before, and a friend had a game disappear on him yesterday but he could re download it.

I'm just seriously upset and confused because i'm not paying for a game I already had.

I believe Your Shape: Fitness Evolved is an application. Look for it in the "My Apps" section.

If the application isn't counting calories properly ....

Check to see if Kinect ID is set up for all affected profiles

Make sure you are not auto signed-in as “Guest”

If using multiple consoles, ensure that Exercise Info Sharing settings are not set to “Offline”

Before quitting the application, back out to the main menu.
