Downloaded games screwing up

So I've had a problem lately where games have just stopped working on my Xbox. I try to launch the game and it'll either take me to the store page or say something went wrong. What's weird is if I click on the game and click "manage game" it shows it as
being 0GB, and doesn't specify an install location. I have 3 external hard drives (think two are 500gb and one is 1TB) and games are installed across all three.

This happens on my One S in the living room, and my launch Xbox One in my office. What's weird is they show in my installed games, but if I show each drive individually they don't show up on any of them. There's no real way of telling what games this has
happened to, and since they don't show up when I tell it to view an individual drive I can't tell if it's isolated to a single drive.

I'm not sure if this is an issue due to moving the hard drives between my Xbox's, but a majority of the games work fine.

Any idea what could be going on? I've had to uninstall and redownload the games, but I'm not sure if that's going to prove to be a long term solution, and every couple of days I find another game that refuses to launch.

The old Xbox is set as my home console, but since the same games fail to launch on it I don't think it's any sort of account issue.

Pandora screwing up apps and games

I tried downloading the Pandora app but in the section where it would normally say downloading it says working. Ever since I tried to download the app I can't access my games. They won't even open or start. I don't understand.

My gf and I have played Call of Duty together for a long time and this year I'm beyond angry and disappointed. We play split screen (yep people still do) and can't play more then a few games without freezing. Reset the game million
times, re downloaded it. Nothing. Thanks for screwing me out of 120$. Done with the franchise.

Oooh this is an interesting issue you're experiencing, let's see if we can figure out where things are hiccupping. First, for clarification's sake - do you have any of your games installed on your Xbox One console internal hard drives? Or is it all on the
external drives? It almost sounds like a possible external drive is starting to fail so let's see if we can confirm/refute that idea.

As sub-optimal as it is, can you put the games you play most frequently onto one external drive and then unplug the other two? Only use the one drive to play your games off of or to install to. The ideal here is to see if it eventually catches a failed install/download
for a game. If not, change to another hard drive, and then the last. Make sure that only one is plugged into your console at any given moment. This may take a few days to figure out so no hurry. We want to be sure to identify which hard drive is failing, if
any is at all.

Give that a go and keep us posted on the progress!
