Downloaded games off Marketplace, Will they be playable for another user other than me?

Sorry if that title was confusing, or if this has been answered before. It's kind of hard to word this in the right way for Google to give me the answers I need.

So if I downloaded / bought games for instance, GTA 5 off the marketplace and it is now in ''my games'' library, if I sell my Xbox 360, will these games be playable for the person purchasing the system without using my live account, although hopefully setting
up their own gold account?

transfer Xbox purchases between account.

If it's the same console, the content will be playable by both accounts.

If you use another console than the one it was first downloaded to, only the secondary account (purchaser) will be able to access the game.

Bug in marketplace, game in wrong language

hi.

i bought fable 3 from the xbox marketplace today, downloaded it and its in french (i am dutch ...)

i downloaded the english voicepack since there was no other option to change the language other than french!

now the audio is in english, but the game controls and tips are still in french, and thus after paying money for it, the game remains unplayable..

how is this even possible, offering non french speaking customers from another country a game in another language they most likely will not understand?

is there a way to get the right copy of the game(english, or at least my own language)??

No.The games are linked to your account as well as the console that downloaded them.

If the new owner of your console wants those games then they will have to buy them for his/her self.

When you download content it is tied to the gamertag that purchased it as well as the console it was purchased on. That console license is what allows other profiles to access content that you have downloaded on the console. So technically unless you do
a license transfer, the content will still be there. However, you would still be the owner. The other person would lose access if you were to do a license transfer.

It does not work that way. You have the option to play through three scenarios (campaigns), for example you play as Chris for one campaign and Leon the other, with the storylines connecting to one another.
