    Downloaded games keep crashing and Cant access any multiplayer features


    Hi, I have been having these problems for 2 weeks now and no one has been able to help me. Have been unable to connect to any parties, receive any party invites, join online games or access any online game functions and downloaded games keep crashing.
    Also my gamer picture does not appear anywhere, it's just a grey/white box where it should be. Also, I get error code 0x87c40011 when I try to join parties or games and I just can't select online functions in games - it's like I'm playing offline. I've
    done loads of hard resets, powercycles and have deleted my account on my xbox one and reinstalled it's still not fixed.

    Hi, have been unable to connect to any parties, receive any party invites, join online games or access any online game functions and downloaded games keep crashing. I was reffered here by FearedNightmare and he said you could help. Also my gamer picture

    Keep getting this code (0x87e105dc) with any downloaded game. your server says it doesn't exist. cant change any of my features, cant add or remove anything.. cant get online with any game.

    Whats going on and how long until its fixed?!

    What kind of credit are you giving to compensate for lost services?

    Any game that offers online multiplayer requires Xbox Live gold to be able to access the multiplayer features. Fortnight is no exception to this requirement.

    Yeah, your save files and purchases (including any Games with Gold you downloaded whilst Gold) remain associated with your account.

    You do not lose access to anything you purchased or unlocked, you'll just lose access to Gold features (eg certain apps, like Netflix, or playing multiplayer online).

    Access to those features will return if/when you renew Gold at a later date, but in the meantime you can continue playing with the same stats, or re-downloading any already-purchased content.

    The only thing to keep in mind is that some games do come with an online pass code and they often restrict multiplayer features. This may affect you if you purchase games second-hand.
