    None of the games i have purchased will load. I get the first loading screen and then back to home screen. I have tried soft reset hard reset uninstall/reinstall power cycling remove/add profile if anyone has any other options please let me know

    Have you tried to clean them in anyway? And are there any major/minor damage to the disc?

    I would have thought that would be common knowledge in the gaming world by this point. You never load up a game while downloading stuff, especially stuff that will effect the game you are loading.
