    Downloaded games deleting themselves


    So I've been having this problem downloading kingdom come deliverance. I originally was trying to download it on my external hard drive but I was getting an error message so I then downloaded it on my internal ( xbox series s btw). So I downloaded and I started playing for a few minutes and then I went to the xbox home screen to check on the dlc that was downloading and switched back to the game, but when I went back to the game it said that the game was not downloaded? Which doesn't make sense because I was LITERALLY just playing it. I went to games and apps and checked my internet and external hard drive and I didn't see the game anywhere?? So I can only assume it deleted itself. I tried installing it 2 more times and it did the same thing! Is anyone else having any issues like this??

    The console isn't set up with anyone else's which is weird. What's also weird is that I haven't touched the game in ages. Thank you for your help, though.

    Hey there!

    I'd be happy to help you.

    I just have a few questions about this so we can help you better troubleshoot the issue.

    1. Have you tried power cycling your console? Hold power button until it shuts off, wait for 30 seconds and turn it back on. Or shut off the console then unplug for 30 seconds and try again.

    2. Have you checked in "My Games & Apps" under "Games" to see if it is on your storage?

    There are chances that it could be just updates. Depending on the game and how regular those updates occur.

    The one thing that comes to mind is home console. For example if you have your home console set on your firends console and if they delete the game it could counter to you as the game being deleted on yours or vise versa.

    Also the achievements thing they could be delayed to unlock up to 72 hours.
