    Downloaded games can only be run online on LIVE


    I replaced my Xbox360 console because of the RROD old one. I used the original harddisk on new Xbox360. It works.

    Here is the issue:

    The games I purchased before in the original harddisk can be only run online in Xboxlive. I can't open them offline. Downloaded games can only be run online on LIVE :(

    But I can run them both online and offline on my old RROD one before.

    And I've also done the authentic thransfer on my new Xbox360.

    How could I do to make the download games run both online and offline?

    You need to do a license transfer and then redownload the games (even though you already have them downloaded, they will redownload the licences that you need).

    You need to do a license transfer and then redownload the games (even though you already have them downloaded, they will redownload the licences that you need).

    Does game pass use you bandwidth?

    If you're worried about going over your data cap, set your console to game "offline". Then, activate "online" only when you wish to download a game or play online. A buddy of mine has to do the same thing as he lives in a really rural area and runs off
    of a hotspot.

    You can't manually download title updates for a game. They can only be downloaded via XBOX Live and only by inserting the game. If you can play online that means that you have the latest title update, it would not let you connect online and play with other
    people without having the latest title update.
