downloaded games and free trials from the xbox store wont launch!

*THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH GAME DISCS*

this really *** me off knowing i spent $500 on a console that doesnt even function like it was advertised to. all the games that i try downloading from the xbox store wont launch it will just show the game background then it just hits home instantly besides
max: the curse of brotherhood which is weird. i have contacted the xbox support team and nothing could be resolved with this problem, there goes 2 hours of my life out the window. i have been also thinking about buying a game off the xbox store but im afraid
to pay for something i cant play. And yes, i have tried power cycling or whatever you call it numerous times but the games still wont launch besides max: the curse of brotherhood. SO XBOX TEAM PLEASE GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS AND COME OUT WITH AN ANNOUNCEMENT
OR AND UPDATE, YOU ARE LETTING ALL YOUR FANS DOWN WITH PROBLEMS LIKE THIS, YOU ARE MAKING THE WORLD THINK XBOX WAS NOT READY FOR "NEXT-GEN".
