Downloaded game wont play

i downloaded goat simulator to my xbox 360 but when i load it up it says that disc cant be read and it isnt even a disc. I have no idea how to be able to play it. Someone plz help.

dowloaded left 4 dead 2 twice an every time i go to play it my console freezes.. Any thought to help

Do you have the 4 GB slim console? If so, you will need to purchase an official hard drive to play this XBox Original game.

Sorry, but only the gamertag used to purchase the game is able to play it. You would have to purchase your own copy.

When he buys the game, it cam be played by all profiles on the original console. The profile used to buy it can also be used to play it on orher consoles, as long as it is connected to xbox live. Unfortunately you will not be able to play it on your console
with your profile. To do so, you will have to buy your own copy. You can read more about digital rights management in this article:

Assuming the hard drive is official (if not, you will encounter issues like this), then you should delete any partial downloads for this game, clear your cache, restart your console, and then try downloading again. If this doesn't work, I don't have any
additional suggestions other than calling support.
