Downloaded game not showing up but still taking up storage.

Hey, I downloaded Black ops 2 earlier today and the download just randomly stopped. After the download had stopped I checked my games to find it wasn't there, I then proceeded to check my storage and it also wasn't there. I then noticed my usb had around
7.2 gigs missing, juts randomly taken up (Which is around the amount of the game I had downloaded) . It says I have bought the game, but It literally just doesn't show up anywhere on my xbox. It took up all the space in my usb so I can't download it again.
I'm pretty upset I have wasted $60, Can someone help me?

Charge problems

Yeah I just bought two games on my debit card but they are not showing up on my account and they are not taking money out, I am still getting them though like they downloaded but are not showing up at all. Any suggestions?

i downloaded it but its not showimg up in my games. I have to go into storage but its still not working

 

Hi, usually when a games doesn't show up in the library, then chances are it's corrupt. Try deleting the game, then redownloading it from your download history.

 

How would you suggest I delete it? As I said, it's not showing up in my storage :/

 

It might not show up as Black Ops 2, it might be under the title "unknown" If you have any file that the xbox states is unkown, you should delete them.

 

Nope, nothing. I've deleted everything off the usb and i still don't have enough room because the 7gb is taken up. I suppose I'm going to have to get a new usb?

 

If I remember correctly blackops required a hd for certain modes and since it wasn't asked and probably the issue

When you purchased blackops ,2 did you since changed your region or physically move?

Blackops 2 is region locked if your account location and actual location doesn't match it won't download or corrupt

Also if you changed regions since you purchased it you won't be able to download it and it doesn't transfer between regions
