Downloaded game not downloading

im having trouble trying to download advanced warfare for the 360. I have enough space and everything but when i hit start download it freezes and never moves from 0% this has never happened to me before and at 2 points it said 100% download completion
but the game never showed up in my games ive looked up many tips to solve this issue but none have worked.

Assend Hand of Kul

I downloaded the game and it will not play. It stays on the "downloading Content" page but will not complete downloading so you can play the game.

Terraria Bug 11-5-2013

I tried re-downloading my profile, clearing cache again, deleting game and after restarting console I downloaded new profile, downloaded game and still does not work.

Hi there, the only thing I can think of is did you ever go through your hard drive to see if there was a partial download of the game, possibly with a yellow triangle signalling that it's corrupted?

Sometimes these corrupted partial downloads can stop it from being re-download successfully the second time. See the link for more information on deleting games from your hard drive:

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

Thanks for the response, but they are not showing up in my Ready to Install. They are also not in my account. Might be because they are old (they are for my original Xbox One, which was about 3 years old....)
