Downloaded game issue

So, I recently downloaded three games on my 360. N+, World of Tanks and Crysis 2. N+ and World of Tanks work fine, but Crysis 2 has some strange bugs. Firstly, when I first purchased and attempted to download it, it wouldn't actually download, and I had
to cancel the download and then re-download it to get it to actually start downloading the data. Then, when it finally finished downloading, I went into the game to find that there is a persistent glitch with the soundtrack. A stuttering repeat of certain
parts of whatever track is playing occurs for a few seconds, before getting "unstuck" and playing. It's like when a record player gets stuck and repeats the same small section of a song over and over. I've noticed that there seem to be some graphical abnormalities,
but those are minimal. I tried deleting the game and then re-downloading it, but I got the same problem and had to hit "re-download" twice to get it to work. This didn't fix the problem either. So what's going on, and how can I fix this? Can I somehow get
a better digital copy?

Downloaded games issue

Current problem is with downloaded Halo Reach. I kept getting a disc unreadable error for some reason when there is no disc. I followed your tutorial for troubleshooting in the sticky thread and instead of disc unreadable, the game loads up to the shapes
glowing and changing then the entire screen turns green and freezes the console. I have re downloaded the game 4 times and cleared the cache 3 so far. This also happened with a redeemable Alan Wake which eventually worked and from time to time with videos
and DLC. Game or add-on you are having issues with: Halo Reach Date you bought the content: Today Purchased with points or credit card: Redeemable code Specific issue you are having: Game won't start up Any error code or message you are receiving: Unreadable
disc error or entire screen goes green

 

Downloaded games issue

Disregard, called it in and it's been escalated.

 

There is no such thing as a better digital copy.

Try clearing your cache to remove any updates, you will then be prompted with any new updates.

 

I tried this, and it actually seemed to fix it... for about 45 minutes. Then, I noticed the glitch. It started up again during a heated fight with a big mech monster. Then again, I could have misheard. I'll have to see later if it has actually returned.

j ai téléphoner a plusieure reprise a xbox qui mon renvoyer au service technique.

je suis tombé sur une dame pas amicale du tous puisqu'elle ma raccroché au nez.

donc mon pack fury pour world of tank je ne l aurais jamais, alors que j ai acheter le film.

que pensez vous du service technique ???

pour ma part très déçut de m avoir fais avoir une fois de plus.

Uh, I think you have the wrong thread here. Also, try posting in at least translated English.

 

Like the guy above/below , try to clear your cache , the problem might go away . If you're still experiencing problems , See if you have enough space / games that you don't play , they actually slow down your download/upload speed.

Yeah I saw that. Just spent some time going through his achievements. 69 games with 67 completions. The two games he hasn't completed are Halo Waypoint and CoD Elite. Not games. They don't have cheevs obviously.

Titanfall public match, Reach, CoD Blops... MP cheevs unlocked offline. If he wants to keep his card he should prolly hide his game history. lol

 

I will never understand why they bring attention to themselves by posting here.

Especially when all they are doing is repeating information given days ago.

Did you flag it? I'm guessing it won't be up long. Mods are on a break. I was signed into my old email so I just posted and deleted with the old GT tied to that by accident. So now it's doubly flagged. Heh.

 

I have cleared my cache twice and the soundtrack "skipping" issue persists. There's some annoying texture popping, but I think that's just because Crysis 2 is really a PC game ported to 360. I only have one or two disc-installed games that I no longer own,
but as Mudkip suggests, I should try clearing those and then re-downloading Crysis 2
again? I mean, I have plenty of space left on my HDD, a little over 180 GB.

I do have save game and profile information for Halo 2 and Halo: Combat Evolved on my 360, which are of course backwards compatible original Xbox games. They wouldn't be the source of the issue, would they?
