Downloaded Game Freezing ... (Madden 16)

Hello .. not sure if this is the correct forum to post this ..

Today while playing Madden 16 the game froze.. ithe music keeps playing and the cut screen kept showing the animation.. After about 10 minutes of waiting nothing.. I was able to get back to the xbox dashboard ... This seams to just happen with Madden ..
if a start another game and then start madden again it will start playing again ....

Has anyone gone through this ? or know of a way to fix this problem ??

Downloaded game on 360

I have Madden 16 downloaded on the 360, will be able to play this game on the Xbox one if end up buying one? Thanks

Hey there. You may be able to fix this with a hard reset (hold the Xbox logo on the front of the console until it turns off, give it a few seconds and turn it back on and try again). If that doesn't work, do the same, but unplug the power cord from the console
for 2 minutes.

Since it's just one game, you may have to uninstall and reinstall the game.

Madden 12 Game Freeze fix.

If the Madden is freezing at the start of the game when online:

1. Clear system cache

2. Delete profile only

3. Delete Madden online pass, Madden game saves, and any corrupted game data.

4. Delete last system update. (Call Xbox support on how to do this.)

5. Reboot Xbox

6. Install the xbox update.

7. Download profile

8..Download Madden online pass

9. Restart the game.

I recieved this code after trying to download madden 16. I have not been able to download any game for a few days

I can't find the 25 character code. In the description of what we bought it said the following:

Xbox One EA Sports Madden NFL 16 Bundle, featuring a 1TB hard drive, a full-game download of Madden NFL 16, and one year of EA Access.

I took this as meaning a free download. Maybe that's not the case?
