    Downloaded game and EA Access


    Every time I try to open EA Access or play a digitally downloaded game I get a different error code that cannot be found on your support services. There seems to be a lot of people with this issue and yet there is no announcement of the problems from Xbox.
    Very dissatisfied with the product and the service.

    If u have gold download the games for gold or buy ea access for £20 a year and about 7 full games to keep 4 length of ea access

    EA Access games stuck at loading screen

    I recently bought an Xbox One S and i downloaded and subscribed to EA Access. I downloaded 4 games (FIFA, Madden, etc.) from the EA Access hub and all 4 of them get stuck at the loading screen and the screen goes black and sends me back to the Xbox Home
    after about 30 seconds. Games not downloaded from EA Access work fine. Not sure what the issue is. Anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

    The game is also available in the EA Access Vault but you will need EA Access to download it.

    The only way to play the games from the EA Access is to be signed into the account with the EA Access and download the game then go to the other account, but the Trails can't be shared

    You wont need to have EA Access if you payed for the game.

    As EA access is more like a rental of games, you can only play the games you downloaded through the EA access as long as you have a subscription. Same with Gamepass.

    The games through EA access can be shared through the Home sharing feature.

    If there is a certain game on EA access that he wants to play you would need to sign in with your account to download the games since your account is the one that has the EA access on it once the game is downloaded he would be able to play the game under
    his account.

    Now there are certain games that require an adult xbox account to play this is a limit on EAs side and nothing that Xbox can do about that.

    Hey ninja mummy!

    Where are you trying to download the games from? Keep in mind to play these games digitally you must be an EA Access member and download them through the EA Access app. If you do not have EA Access, you will need to play those games from a disc.

    Please post back with that additional information so we can better assist!
