Downloaded full games appear as demo

I´ve bought a 320 gb hdd for my Xbox 360 slim version recently, so i downloaded the content i´ve bought/earned again. But i´ve got two issues and i don´t know how to solve them.

1- I´ve bought some arcade games (Call of Juarez Gunslinger, Castle Crashers and Battleblocks Theater) and sometimes the appear as demo games, despite i´ve got the full version of them. If i clear the cache or restar the console they appear as full version
again.

2 Some games just don´t start. After i start them, a message comes saying there is an uptdate and it starts the download. But when the download finishes, he sistem comes back to the dashboard.

Is it because of the new HDD? Or it has to do with the recent hack attacks MS suffered?

What can i do?

Forza 3 Warthog not appearing in ready to install

"Hi may I ask are you downloading the demo or the full game? As the warthog should be in the full game have you checked to see it in your purchase history to make sure you redeemed the code."

I have the full game downloaded, and when I manage game it does not appear. I talked to Support and they told me I successfully redeemed the code.

"You should see it in the Manage Game section after downloading the Demo, yes. However, if it's not there, we'll want to wait to see if it's there on launch of Forza Horizon 3. Once that happens, if it's not available for purchase in-game or download in
Manage Game, we'll want to dig into it further then since the code is technically for the full game. Let me know how the download worked, though!"

I downloaded the demo again, and it did not appear. I even launched it and the code has yet to appear in either the demo or full game section when I manage them.

 

Trials evolution xbox 360 complete game problem

Hello to all, I want so much this game in full version, but don't appear to me for download it, just for demo version, then I downloaded it and in the game don't appears too, anyone knows what is this? and how can i get the complete version??

 

You're not the only one, I'm having the same issue with 'State of Decay' after moving consoles. I've been looking for an answer considering the game won't even show up in my downloaded history anymore.

 

do have the the profile you bought the games on when your transfer the content liense

@ZSPANG, after a console change you must transfer your license so did you do it?

And did you try to download your profile regarding this download history issue?

@Boombaa, Yes, I've tried both of those. No fix so far. I even toyed around on the original console and the game doesn't even show up in the download history, which really puzzles me.

 

I´m still dealling with the same issues. Full games appears as demo sometimes and games that doesn´t start.

 

Silly question, but is your hard drive an official MS hard drive? Or is it a 3rd party clone?

 

I don´t think it is official MS. Most of the eletronic stuff sold here in Brasil are from China, like the old 120gb HDD i dropped to use this new 320gb.

 

One more thing i noticed today. The downloaded games only run in my profile. If one of my kids try to launch HDD games from their profiles, the sistem says it cannot be done. WTF!
