Downloaded data reset after a restart

    Downloaded data reset after a restart


    I started downloading FH5 last night and paused the download after ~70 GB and restarted the PC. After restart, all 70 GB downloaded data are GONE!!! And started downloading from 0. Data is also deleted from hard drive. Can someone explain how to fix this.

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    What could have happened is the download got corrupted and the system canceled the download and deleted the files. Unfortunately, there's nothing to do but start downloading again. I avoid turning off the PC while I'm downloading a game to avoid these issues.

    I did receive the e102 message after pressing to restart the console from the troubleshoot page. Then e105 after pressing to reset and remove all data.

    Somehow I was able to get back into the store after a couple restarts but the icon is nowhere to be found. Might have to do a reset minus my data.

    Pre-downloaded, all set. Got to 2am - 2 hours after launch - and it completely resets and restarts download and install. Now gets to 18% and it fails - have to restart AGAIN!
