Downloaded content doesn't show in queue

    Downloaded content doesn't show in queue


    We purchased three games and all came with codes. We entered all three codes, but only the last game showed up on the queue list. The other two did not. We tried entering the codes again, but is said they were already redeemed.

    How do we install the content from the other two games? They don't show up on "ready to install".

    Unknown Titles in Download History

    If you have an Xbox One, those would be games/content you've downloaded on the One. The download queue hasn't been updated to show what those are.

    Downloaded builders pack for One S but it doesn't show up in queue for installation. Tried to download again and was told download key is used. Where did it go?

    If you have an Xbox One, those would be games/content you've downloaded on the One. The download queue hasn't been updated to show what those are.

    I have a similar problem with a game I purchased on Christmas that failed to initialize download but payed for the content. It shows in my Microsoft account purchase history as having been purchased and includes an order number but doesn't show up in my
    purchase history on Xbox account so can't add to download queue at all and when I go to the game's page on the store it wants me to re-buy it.

    Everytime I download something from my Download history I always get "Can't Download _____" (New xbox)

    Hey there Runner! Do these games show up in your Active Download Queue? If so, try selecting them there and, when presented the option, select to download all content to this console. Let us know if that helps, thanks!
