    I've downloaded/bought quiite a few puzzles over thepast year but they aren't showing in my Collections. Please can you let me know where i would find them and how to fox this problem.

    i bought the beaches puzzles and now its not showing that i have it. I had already . I had started a puzzle till it froze

    Jigsaw Puzzle Problem

    Downloaded "Heart Shapes" jigsaw puzzle collection but every time I complete a puzzle, instead of showing the completed puzzle and stats, it just kicks me out of the game.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    Downloaded/bought puzzles not showing

    You may have to download them again. Go to See All Collections. You should see all the collections you own but they may say New, download. DL them again.

    all my jigsaw puzzle collection are gone and new collections will not load

    I've got the same problem! I go to the Download Collections page and it shows they are downloaded, but no puzzles are showing up.

    Ditto. My account is also debited the coins but I'm not getting the puzzles. Even tried downloading the Free puzzles. No change. Download bar shows up, but nothing happens. Is anyone in Tech Support reading these messages?
