Downloaded add on but won't show on the game.

I have MX vs ATV reflex and downloaded both track packs and free special series. The special series I can play. But bought and downloaded track packs and they are no where. What can I do?

Playing add-ons

Hi. I recently paid for and downloaded a game under my daughter's login through the xBox console directly. The game has worked perfectly with no problems.

Today I downloaded two add-ons to the game, but I did it under my own login, through my computer. We downloaded the add-ons but they do not seem to show up at all in the game, no matter who is logged in.

Did I completely hose us and use purchased points to download add-ons that we won't be able to play?

Battlefield 4 Premium Install Issues

Premium is an add-on to Battlefield 4, not the full game. So it won't show as a game.

Don't feel bad I downloaded the dlc for the evil within and I cant play this content nor will it not show up on the game in the title menu but a support person says that its up and it should be there but its not and told me to contact the developer! and
they tell me its xbox fault that its not working its really making me mad especially since I paid for something that I cant play!

Try going to https://billing.microsoft.com to see if it shows the purchase. If it shows up, check your download history and try to redownload it.

Since it's a game add-on it won't show up under my games.

Yes the all pre order content is available in game without the need to download onto xbox hard drive which is why it won't show up in manage add ons . Many thanks all

Until the website is update with currency, you can download the free game via your Xbox without having to worry with the credit card. Alternatively you can add your credit card, but it won't be charged as it should show Free on the total price when downloading
