Downloadble Collections not accessable

    Downloadble Collections not accessable


    I have been running Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles for about eight weeks regularly. In the past I have had no problem reviewing and purchasing new puzzles from the Downloadable Collections. However, this past few days when I click on the "see all" link the app
    appears to start to look and then Microsoft Jigsaw terminates back to the OS (I'm running Windows 10 on Microsoft Surface Book which is 100% updated). Any explanation as to what is happening and how it can be corrected?

    Downloadable Collections not accessable

    After successfully using Microsoft Jigsaw for weeks and buying/downloading several "downloadable collections" successfully I suddenly can't get the link to view downloadable collections to work. Clicking on "view all collections" results in the window closing
    and a progress indicator suggesting it is loading the collections ... then Jigsaw exits completely back to the OS and is closed. I'm running Jigsaw on Windows 10 ... Microsoft Surface Book, which is 100% updated. Anyone have a suggestion on how this can
    be resolved?

    I've even tried running my profile and game files from memory card and still no good Downloadble Collections not accessable :( really don't know what else to try Downloadble Collections not accessable :(

    What do you mean access the game? Like opening it when I open the XBOX from the Home screen or downloadble contents and online plays?
