    "Downloadale Content" not in Download History


    No story, no raging, just me saying something I'm a little bit confused about. Something I have purchased as "Downloadable Content" (It says it is on my Storage Device) isn't appearing on the Download History of my system, although everything else is. Is
    this solvable?

    Question about unlockable gamer pictures

    under DL History. They are Content of the Game itself. Most have a way of "Unlocking" them again (once awarded) via the Extras Menu but I don't believe ME had this option (?).

    Can you check commerce.microsoft.com to see if the item you have is on the purchase list there? If it is then you should contact phone support for more assistance with the issue.

    If it is not then the item was more than likely purchased and downloaded from a different account. Remember, just because something is on the storage device does not mean a specific gamertag downloaded it.
