Downloadable games content not show

Discus and support Downloadable games content not show in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased Rise of the Tomb Raider for Xbox 360: Rise of the Tomb Raider, which I can see in my Microsoft account as purchased, but is not show up...     Downloadable games content not show


    I purchased Rise of the Tomb Raider for Xbox 360:

    Rise of the Tomb Raider,

    which I can see in my Microsoft account as purchased, but is not show up on Xbox console to download.

    Flaw in the downloading content with a season pass vs downloading content without a season pass

    THE FLAW IS THE FACT THAT THE DASHBOARD IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGING THE FACT THE THE DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT WAS EVEN DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE IN-GAME STORE,WHICH MAKES IT SEEM AS THOUGH THE DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT WAS NOT DOWNLOADED IN THE FIRST PLACE...WHICH MEANS THAT
    A PERSON WOULD HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE CONTENT AGAIN FROM THE DASHBOARD TO MAKE IT SHOW UP IN THE DASHBOARD THAT IT WAS ACKNOWLEDGE AS BEING DOWNLOADED

    Hey again!

    Is what you are attempting to play an individual downloadable content? Or is it a full game, as contents would require the full game and show this message you are recieveing when the full game is not accessible.

    Are you on an Xbox One or the 360? If you're on the 360 then go to Settings>Account>Download History to find the game and start the download. If you are on an Xbox One then the 360 version of the game is not backwards compatible and will not show on the
    console.

    Did you do the license transfer from both accounts or just one of them? You'd have to do the license transfer from the account that purchased the content.

    Are you certain this content was originally purchased with your account? Do you see it in your Download History?

    I did license transfers on both of them. One of the Map packs then worked, but apparently the other license wasn't transferred at all. It also says that I do not have any Download Content for Red Dead Redemption, when I have definitely played it before.
    I even have the achievement for 100% completion on it.
