well first of all start with a small friends list of kids you know like other cousins or friends from school you know isnt going to be uber competive or mean or use curse word or hurtful racial/homophobic words that come up in online gaming....even i even
only play with friends and if i play with randoms i'm in party chat so i don't have to hear the dribble.

so some games that support online play would be best with coop games like cast crashers. just look for E10+ the arcade is full of good games to play from tower defense games to beat em up games like castlecrashers that are age appropriate. but the bottem
line its up to you and his dad...if E10 is too much just got with E the rating system is there for parents so we don't have to guess whats in the games. it will state the exact content in the game on the back of the box or in the descrition of the arcade games.
some boxed games would include the lego games.

but i wouldn't throw him in any competive mp....even if its rated E lol...because like the ESRB says.... they don't rate the online interactions obviously lol so keep it friends only...you can set his profile to friends only view or contact you can be as
stritch or libral as you want to be....thats why we pay for gold.... for these services like this...so make us of it....while you can

Minecraft would be good for his age. He can dig and build for hours. With the way it is now you can have unlimited stuff to make in there.

the hasibro collection is collection of board games made for the xbox, Uno, and some of popcap collections. And Plants vs Zombies. Look at everything that has a E+ rating and some T for teen rating.

some of the old arcade quarter games are out too. Didn't write the publisher down last night at Gamestop, but Road Rally, Pacman and others were being bundled. Check out used games too at your store, pawn shop, charity store, etc.
