Downloadable content not accessable

I've bought The halo 5 digital deluxe edition but when I go onto the game and try to use my Warzone REQ bundle it doesn't work, same with the fall of reach on the halo Chanenel and Halo nightfall on the halo channel. On my Xbox store it says I have all
off these things installed. Help?

Downloadable Collections not accessable

After successfully using Microsoft Jigsaw for weeks and buying/downloading several "downloadable collections" successfully I suddenly can't get the link to view downloadable collections to work. Clicking on "view all collections" results in the window closing
and a progress indicator suggesting it is loading the collections ... then Jigsaw exits completely back to the OS and is closed. I'm running Jigsaw on Windows 10 ... Microsoft Surface Book, which is 100% updated. Anyone have a suggestion on how this can
be resolved?

Unfortunately any content purchased with your old tag is only accessable with said tag. There is no way to transfer content from profile to profile, at least not right now there is not. Hope this helps.

I am having the same problem as ScottishMuG2000. I purchased the Halo 5 Guardians Limited Edition, I installed the Code for the Warzone REQ Bundle which says it should have 14 packs and a Fall of Reach bundle. Although it says its installed there are no
14 packs and the Fall of reach is telling me its too early to use. I thought all of these packs would be available as soon as the code was installed. I took a shot at reinstalling the code but it said it was already in use (not surprised)....no idea what to
do from here...any help appreciated.

Just to check, is it possible you redeemed the code while another profile on the console was signed in? If another profile was signed in other profiles would not have access to the REQ packs.

 

There is only one profile on the console and it is the one the codes were installed in. When I go into the game I see 2 Req packs so something was installed. It says there is supposed to be 14 Req packs initially and 2 Req Packs every week after. I am not
sure if the 14 Packs are given straight away or if they are given over time. I was expecting the 14 packs straight away but I don't see them....am I wrong? Should I only be seeing 2 packs...I'm not exactly sure what I should be seeing.

It sounds like you did get the Req Packs. You'll receive 2 Req Packs a week until you receive all 14 packs that the pre-order offered.

Sorry for any confusion, but glad to hear the code did redeem successfully for you.

 

I bought Destiny the taken king but I can't access all the add on expansions. New game fresh install codes redeemed fine. Says installed yet I can't play it. Anybody?? I'm new to Xbox. About to quit and go back to PlayStation
