Downloadable content is not showing for xbox one titles on store.xbox.com. Anyone know if this ...

From yesterday I no longer get add-ons showing for XB1 games on store.xbox.com.

Is the site broken or is this intentional for some odd reason?

Anyone noticed or have knowledge of why?

Games purchased online and downloaded disappear.

I don't believe this will happen? Why? Because they're selling digital content now on the Xbox 360 via the Arcade, Games on Demand, & DLC Add-Ons - most of which goes on sale after a certain amount of time. They have new sales every week! It would be a foolish
move not to continue doing this on the Xbox One. It would anger consumers & give their competitors (like Steam) an edge. Microsoft is far smarter than you give them credit for...

 

I have the same problem.

I can barely find any content on there at all.

Try searching for Lego Batman 3. Even the game doesn't show up, let alone the DLC.

If I purchase from the Store on a PC it shows up on my xbox, but cannot be found on the xbox itself.

This is a real problem since I bought the Season Pass for Lego Batman 3 which worked but then none of the included DLC showed up to install. I can get them if I buy them again individually!

Honestly it is rubbish and I am not at all surprised that you haven't had a response from Microsoft since your post on the 11th June.

Any answers Microsoft?

 

I got this sorted.

It seems that if you have a family member set up as a 7 year old, even if they aren't in the room you pretty much get no search results at all.

I understand censorship and agree totally. We screen everything.

I like the fact that the Xbox will filter based on who is in the room, but when they aren't in the room clearly it isn't working properly.

What I still find disgraceful is that nobody from Microsoft anywhere have had an answer for this.

Ok rant over, problem fixed.

 

This seems to have cleared up now - I suspect it was a bug that crept through into production and was quietly fixed. I didn't have any of the kids set up though, can understand why that may have stopped results showing.

Agree that the level of comment from Microsoft was quite ordinary - i.e. nothing!
