Downloadable Content for Gears of War 3 beta

Hey guys! I had talked to customer service yesterday about the Gears of War 3 beta unlockables. I had participated in the beta and played through until the end. And none of the characters or weapon skins had unlocked for me. So I was told to come here and
post the issue to see if we can work something out. Thanks so much!

Gears of war 4 not giving gears of war 1-3 codes when code was redeemed.

never got the gears of war 1-3 downloadable content when i purchased gears of war 4 even though its a promotion thats going on until december where you get gears of war 1-3 free when you purchase and redeem your gears of war 4 digital copy.

Lost downloadable content for gears of war 3

First off, sorry if i posted this in the wrong place.

Anyway I got a new xbox and lost all of my beta unlocks in the retail version of the game i was told that this was the place to go to get a code to re download them.

Does anyone know what I should do to get them back? I tried everything from redownloading the beta but my new xbox doesnt recognize it. (These items were unlocked from just playing in the beta.)

That game was released almost 3 years ago. You may have a little more luck contacting the developer, Epic Games about this issue. However, considering the length of time between the beta and now you may not get the items.

Launch gears of war 3, then on the game menu should be an option to download season pass content, select it and download the content.

i still have my gears of war 3 beta save file, it is in my gears of war 3 beta folder on my xbox. i transferred it over and then did a license transfer when i bought my gears of war 3 xbox. still no beta unlocks though. ugh.

Apologies for the delayed reply! On your Xbox 360 console, do you still have the Gears of War 3 beta save file when you check your save files? If so, try

syncing that save to the cloud and launch Gears of War 3 on your Xbox One console to check if the skins appear. Be sure to check Gears of War 3's 'Manage game' screen to see if any additional content appears in 'Ready to install'.

If you do not have the Gears of War 3 beta save on your Xbox 360, unfortunately the skins will not work on the Xbox One. We are unable to provide this content if this is the case.
